1. Is the Jewellery made of silver?

The jewellery is made of sterling silver marked by the laboratory of the official college of jewellers of Catalonia in accordance with the sector's regulations. Our registered trademark is B808.

All models have an alphanumeric code that indicates the type of piece: Ring (AN); Bracelet (PU); Necklace (CO); Earring (PE); Pendant (CG)... And the type of material: Silver (PL); Rhodium plated silver (RH); 0.5 micron flash gold-plated (DO); Steel (AC) and Bronze (BR).


2. What is the gold plating like?

 The jewellery has a 0.5 micron flash. Its duration depends on the care of the piece and variables such as the PH of the wearer's skin. At the customer's request, the microns can be increased as long a there is a minimum quantity of items (minimum 50 pieces).


3. Are there discounts?

The discount policy is applied after analysing the customer's purchase pattern in the first year. In addition, it is generally applied on dates when promotions such as Black Friday and other campaigns in general are scheduled.


4. When will I receive my order?

Once the payment of the order has been made, the order will be dispatched on the same day and will reach you within 24 hours if it is a working day (Monday to Thursday). Occasionally, at certain times, the delivery may take up to 48 hours. You will be able to track your order with the tracking number.


National shipments are shipped with NACEX and international shipments with FEDEX international priority.


5. Do you ship to the Canary Islands, Europe and the rest of the world?

Yes, national deliveries have a cost of 5 euros + VAT if they are less than 200 euros. Orders equal to or greater than this amount are free (except in the Canary Islands where the minimum required is 400 euros). 

International shipments within the European Community cost 25 euros, except for some countries of the European Community of the 2nd Zone, where the price is more expensive. The rates are in accordance with the rates offered by Fedex International priority.

Shipments to the rest of the world have a shipping cost according to the rates established by FEDEX international priority.

6. Will I be charged VAT?

 Always, except:

A. it is an intra-community shipment and the customer has a valid Intra-Community VAT which we will verify on the corresponding European Community website. Without a valid registration 21% VAT will be applied.

B.     That the shipment is extra-community and VAT does not apply.

C.     That the delivery is to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

D.     Even if it is a non-Spanish company, VAT will be applied if the shipment is within Spain. According to the tax regulations, it is necessary to prove that the order has been sent outside the Spanish state.  For orders sent to Spanish postal addresses, VAT must be applied.


7. Can I order personalised jewellery?

Yes, but the minimum quantity per item must be 50 pieces and the production and reception time will be approximately 45 days.
